What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

Pick whichever is easiest from where you are standing. The buttons on every page connect you directly.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through. You'll speak with a senior strategist, not a call centre.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a roof or between jobs. A few lines is plenty.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send screenshots, a suspension notice or a longer description.

We're in Vancouver, so remember the time difference: 9 a.m. Pacific is noon in Toronto and 1:30 p.m. in St. John's.

What to include in your first message

Five details let us give you a useful answer on the first reply.

  1. Your company name and website, if you have one.
  2. Your service area: the towns or regions your crews actually cover.
  3. Crew size, or how many roofs you can take on in a busy month.
  4. The problem in a sentence or two, for example "profile suspended", "no calls in spring" or "storm last August swamped us".
  5. What you've already tried, including any agency you've worked with.

A sample text you can adapt:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do residential re-roofs and repairs around [Town or region] with [Number] crews. Our Google profile [describe the problem]. Can someone take a look?

What happens next

A short, honest exchange, then a written fix list if it's useful.

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, with a question or two or a time to talk.
  2. We look. With your permission, we review your Google Business Profile, website and any ad accounts.
  3. You get a fix list. A short, ranked list of what to change, what to build and what to stop.
  4. You decide. Do it yourself with our guides, or have us do it on a month-to-month plan. Prices are on the pricing page.

What we can't help with

We're a marketing and business consulting service, so some requests go elsewhere. We can't inspect a roof, quote a job, deal with an insurer or adjuster, or review a contract. If you're a homeowner looking for a roofer, we're not the right call; check local reviews and your province's consumer-protection resources instead.

If you're a roofer with a question about insurance wording in your ads, though, we can help with the marketing side, as our insurance-work service explains, and tell you which parts need a lawyer.

Privacy and follow-up

We only follow up with people who contact us first. If you call, text or email, we'll reply about your request. We won't add you to marketing lists, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. More detail is in the privacy page linked in the footer.

If you're writing about a storm or a suspension

Say so in the first line, and we'll prioritise it. A storm forecast for your area this week or a Business Profile that just disappeared are time-sensitive. Include the date the problem started, any notice Google sent you and the towns affected. We'll reply with the first two or three things to do right away, even before we've agreed to work together.

Before you get in touch

A quick self-check can make the first call more useful. Search your company name on Google Maps and note what shows: the name, the category, the address or service area, and the date of your newest review. Then read our answers to common questions. Owners who do this usually spot at least one problem before we do.

Frequently asked questions

Is it better to call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. Text is handy from a roof or a truck, email suits a longer description with screenshots, and a call is quickest if you want to talk it through.

Will someone try to sell me a plan on the first call?

No. The first conversation is about your problem. If a paid plan makes sense, we'll say so and explain why; if it doesn't, we'll tell you what to do yourself.

Can I send screenshots of my Google profile?

Yes, please do. Screenshots of your profile, a suspension notice or your ad account save a lot of back-and-forth.

Do you reply on weekends?

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Pacific. Messages sent on weekends are answered the next business day.
