The plans
Three plans, the same for every trade, with roofing-specific work inside them. These are the published Trades.Agency prices as of October 2026; the full pricing page is the place to confirm current details.
| Plan | Month-to-month | Annual billing | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing work for an established roofing company |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels at once, and Trades.Agency website design packages at half price |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own marketing team, priority support and a website design and build included at no charge |
Add GST/HST for your province: 5% GST in BC or Alberta, 13% HST in Ontario, GST and QST in Quebec (CRA rates, checked 2026-10-23). There's no long-term contract: 30 days' notice ends a plan, and committing to a year lowers the monthly rate.
Which plan fits which roofer
Choose by crew capacity and service area, not by ambition. More marketing than your crews can handle just creates unhappy homeowners waiting for callbacks.
- Growth suits a single-location roofer with one or two crews who mainly needs a solid Google Business Profile, a review routine and steady local search.
- Elite suits a roofer with several crews who wants storm-season campaigns, insurance-work pages and a website refresh at half the usual design price.
- Enterprise suits a multi-location or multi-division company, for instance residential plus commercial, that needs a dedicated team and a new website built as part of the plan.
What drives the cost of roofing marketing
Four things, mostly outside the plan fee.
- Ad spend. Paid to Google or Meta directly. Storm weeks can push it up, which is why your storm-season plan sets daily caps in advance.
- Competition in your area. Clicks for roofing searches in large metros usually cost more than in smaller towns. Bigger markets also need more content to compete.
- The state of your current assets. A suspended profile or a website with no service pages takes more work to fix than one that just needs tuning.
- Your capacity. If you can only take ten more jobs a season, we size the effort to that.
A worked budget check
Before you sign up for anything, check the maths with your own numbers.
Say you choose Growth at $1,999 a month plus $1,500 a month of ad spend, so $3,499 a month in total, before GST/HST. If your average job brings $14,000 in revenue at a 30% gross margin, each job leaves $4,200. One extra job a month covers the whole cost with a little left over. Two extra jobs a month and the marketing is clearly paying its way.
Now run it the other way. If you close one in four inspections and book one inspection for every two qualified calls, you need about eight qualified calls to win one job. Ask any agency, including us, how they plan to produce those calls, and how you'll be able to see them.
What isn't included
We keep the boundaries clear. Plans don't include ad spend, printing, vehicle wraps or photography shoots unless agreed in writing. They never include roofing work, inspections, insurance advice or legal review. Where you need a lawyer, for example on wording about insurance payments, we will say so.
How to start
Start with the free consultation, not a plan. Call, text or email with your service area, crew size and the problem you want solved. We'll tell you whether a plan makes sense now, later or not at all.
Not ready to spend? Read the free guides, or see results from our HVAC work to judge the method. Questions about contracts, ownership and reporting are covered on the FAQ page.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price.
Does the plan price include ad spend?
Treat ad spend as a separate budget paid to the ad platform. We'll recommend an amount based on your service area and capacity, and you can see every dollar in an account you own.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. Eligible roofing companies get a first 30-minute consultation at no charge, and it is separate from any paid plan. You'll leave with at least a few things to fix, whether or not you sign up.
Do you charge extra in storm season?
The plan fee doesn't change with the weather. If you choose to raise your ad budget during a storm week, that extra spend goes to the ad platform, and we agree on caps in advance.
